Dr. SUSIL KUMAR V.K., can be aptly described as a thought leader and a seasoned professional, having a rich experience of over 3 decades in both Academic and Corporate sector: Worked for 22 years in Academic and for 14 years in Corporate sector in senior positions. He enjoys comprehensive experience in the areas of Academic Administration, Strategic Planning and Execution, Policy related matters and advising the senior management, Curriculum Planning & Development, Workload Allocation, Institutional visibility and Promotion, Teacher’s Training and Staff Development, Teaching, Student Counseling and Mentoring, Corporate connect activities. He is experienced in looking after a gamut of functions like academic affairs, setting up institutional infrastructure, brand building, admissions, organizing MDP/FDP programs and Placement services. An astute strategist, having proven talent in enhancing overall organizational growth, creating & increasing profitability and improving business performance by planning and implementing effective strategies, implementing changes in the processes and establishing the infrastructural set up.   Dr. Susil is very successful in building excellent relationships. 

A journey of exemplary performances with impressive accomplishments in expansion of operations and improving institutional profitability by adding new programs/courses, facilitating tie-ups with international universities/organizations and aggressive implementation of brand building strategies for institutional promotion and improving brand awareness. He has strong inclination for Knowledge Management and Research, having published several articles and papers with leading journals/magazines. As a skilled Trainer, he enjoys expertise in using experiential training techniques both in Classroom as well as in Corporate, delivery techniques both e-learning and instructor led training delivery methods. Has proven abilities in implementing best practices; Competency Mapping and Gap Analysis; setting up the required training infrastructure, creating training assessment tools for pre and post training stage and reviewing the programme success. 

He has been involved in placing the students in various corporates, organizations, banks, nbfc, retail, manufacturing, other core companies and was successful in giving 100% placements for the institutions he was associated with.  He was completely in charge and supervised all activities pertaining to placement of MBA students

Joined recently with CMS Group of Institutions as Director – Placements to help the students in providing placements for MBA, Engineering and Commerce and Science Students.

To add feather to his cap, Dr. Susil has recently got International Certified Career Counsellor and Mentor.  He also does career mapping for those who are in need. He is also Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
