The Internal Quality Assurance Cell [IQAC] spearheads the quality initiatives of the\u00a0institution. Benchmarks are set in tune with goals of higher education in India and the vision andmission of the institution. The cell meticulously plans the quality drive of the institution by ensuring\u00a0the quality culture, institutionalizing and internalizing quality parameters in adherence to the norms\u00a0of National Assessment and Accreditation Council of India. The academic and administrative processes\u00a0execute the quality enhancement strategies developed by the cell to create a dynamic and innovative\u00a0environment in the campus. Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) as a quality sustenance measure.\u00a0The prime task of the IQAC is to act as a catalyst and develop a system for conscious and consistent\u00a0improvement in the overall performance of its institution. For this, during the post-accreditation\u00a0period, institutions need to channelize their efforts towards promoting holistic academic excellence\u00a0including the implementation of the peer team\u2019s recommendations.<\/p>\n<p>The establishment of the IQAC is the first step towards institutionalization and internalization of\u00a0quality enhancement initiatives. Its success depends on its sense of belongingness and participation\u00a0in all the activities of the institution. It will not be yet another hierarchical structure or a record\u00a0keeping unit of the institution but will be a facilitative and participative unit of the institution.
